Rosaries in Silver Thread

銀色の紐網ロザリオ

I recently found a silver waxed cord with delicate sparkles and decided to try making a rosary with it.

Though the cord is quite fine, the nylon is strong enough to hold natural stones and Austrian crystal beads, which made me curious about the atmosphere it might create.

The first rosary was inspired by a crown of white clover I used to make as a child in a field full of blossoms.

White Austrian crystal beads and soft green Czech beads were combined to reflect the gentle light of spring.

The second rosary is a Holy Spirit rosary, made with satin-finished red Austrian crystal beads.

Milky white seed beads softly connect the beads, while the silver thread sparkles like quiet traces of grace within prayer.
